Here is an article I came across back in 2014 while observing the phenomena that would become what I refer to as Info Porn, Social/Psych Engineering, and Cyber Cults. I first became interested in what I was observing happen to my youngest son and the peer pressure he was going through in the 80s - 90s for being extremely intelligent and talented. I also was concerned with the changes beginning to happen within out school system in the USA. I also saw similar patterns affecting many of my addictions and mental health clients over the next few decades from that point. This article summarizes many of my observations well.
