I started growing weary of where this term was going 5 years ago or better. During the end of my career I saw as much damage with overusing the term and all its satellite terms going the other way. Including a LOT of projection. And heavily thrown at STS members and myself during the targeting phase we went through. Even showed itself in personal and familial relationships.
